15. Termination

NewRa Grids may suspend or terminate access for:

• Regulatory compliance concerns

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar District and Sessions court.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

NewRa Grids may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
